Shipping
- Shipping schedule: orders are prepared and shipped twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Delivery methods: Colissimo home delivery (in France and in Europe), free delivery on orders of €50 or more within a 15 km radius of the shop, or free in-store pickup at 28 rue du Faubourg Madeleine in Beaune.
- Shipping costs: these are paid by the customer and calculated according to the carrier's rates (weight and size of the parcel). The amount is shown to you before you confirm your order. Picking up your order in store lets you avoid them.
- Careful packaging: to protect your order, each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a sealed cardboard box.
Returns and Refunds
- Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Let us know your decision (by email or via the Contact page), then send the item back complete and in its original packaging, or bring it back to the shop; return costs are at your expense. We will refund you within 14 days, including the original shipping costs.
- Exception: personalized lamps (your winery's label, a photo of your choice) are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Legal warranties: all our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Details can be found in our terms and conditions of sale.
- Breakage during shipping: if an item is broken on arrival:
- open the parcel in the presence of the delivery person;
- take photos and a video of the damage;
- send them to us via the Contact page: we will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
Ordering from Abroad
- Delivery in Europe: we ship by Colissimo home delivery to the countries of the European Union and to Switzerland. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country; they are shown to you before you confirm your order. Depending on the country, the parcel is delivered against signature.
- Switzerland: Swiss VAT and any customs clearance fees may be charged to the recipient upon delivery.
- Outside Europe: please contact us beforehand via the contact form; we will guide you through your purchase.
- Combined purchases: grouping your purchases helps keep shipping costs down. For any special request, feel free to contact us.
